The kitchen is very well appointed and has a large dining table seating 8. Entertainment is provided by a 75"" Smart TV with an expansive channel selection, a Sonos system for streaming music, and numerous games, puzzles, and DVDs. The first primary suite has ocean views, a king bed, and a bath with both a jetted tub and a separate step-in shower. The second primary bedroom also features a king bed and an en suite bath with a step-in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom, this bath has a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds. This truly unique property will comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests. Guests who are looking for multiple rentals on the same floor may consider renting Diamond Beach 701, 702, 706, and 708.
Guests may never leave the property as they enjoy the impeccable amenities offered by The Diamond Beach Resort. This property is located at the west end of the Seawall and allows a maximum of 2 cars per reservation. Guests can spend days floating the lazy river on tubes the complex provides, swimming in the beautiful three-tiered cascading pool, or soaking in one of the two hot tubs. You can relax poolside with a cabana (some fee from the resort may apply) or watch a movie at the private movie theater that is available through the resort’s Concierge.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand.
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This was a very nice property. Very clean and a good view of the gulf. However, this property did not have an access to the beach like other properties, which had a nice wooden bridge...Had to walk through the dried seaweed to get to the beach. Also, there are no TV's in the bedrooms except the Master but the cable did not work, so we could only watch in the LR. The LR had a very nice large Smart TV.

We stayed for a long weekend and wanted to move In permanently! The condo is even better in person than in the photos. The sound of the waves, the 180 degree views, the cleanliness, the beautiful design and furnishings, the amenities, and the on site staff all made this condo the perfect vacation get away spot. We visited last year September 2020 and fell in love with condo and resort. So much so we booked this year September 2021. It was bittersweet this year because my husband passed away 2 months after our 2020 visit. The condo is exceptional but the master sink wouldn't drain. We called to have them fix but nobody showed up. Hurricane Nicholas showed up that first night. We lost electricity off and on and had no hot water that night. We checked out the next day. Hoping to go next year 2022
