Description
This Galveston Vacation Rental was completely renovated and offers an open concept living/dining/kitchen area where your family can visit, watch TV and enjoy the WIFI provided at this home. Ideally suited to 4 adults and 2 children. Six is maximum occupancy. All newly finished hardwood floors throughout the home. The kitchen has a very large island for food preparation, granite counters, new kitchen cabinetry, all new stainless steel appliances.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and large television. The second bedroom has two full-size beds - no one has to sleep on a sleeper sofa! Very nicely finished. The shared restroom has a walk-in shower for your convenience. Sorry, no pets. Please ask your vacation planner for monthly rates in the offseason.
The back of the home offers a charcoal barbeque area and comfortable seating for everyone to sit outside for a picnic, and an outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand before entering the home. This home was lovingly restored and is close to everything Galveston Island offers its guests.
IN TOWN
Staying in town or near one of Galveston's Historic Districts has its own set of perks and is very different from the West End or near East Beach. Many in town homes are walking distance to the seawall, the beach, restaurants, shopping, the Historic Strand & Postoffice district, the Pleasure Pier, museums, the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry, plenty of other attractions, things to do, grocery stores, Texas A&M University, Shriner’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch), one of the largest, most technologically sophisticated emergency care facilities in the world, a level 1 trauma and burn center.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Bit of an issue with parking. There was a car parked the entire stay in front of our house even though they staying several houses down the street. The wood floors in the kitchen were damaged and we tripped on them a few times. House was very well stocked and comfortable.

I loved how at home we all felt while staying at this property! I know our next trip to Galveston we will be staying in this same property! We absolutely loved our stay and couldn\'t have asked for a better experience!

Wi fi did not work, I killed a spider, 2 roaches and a flying bug/ant. The front door was almost impossible to open and close. Not enough seating in living area.
