Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand.
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Condo is clean, decorated and has great amenities on the property. Our condo wasn’t finished being cleaned by checkin time, so that was a little disappointing as we were ready to unpack and start our vacation. There is beach access through a gate on the property, but a steep path to the actual sand if you are hauling beach stuff. For kids. We loved that it was a little further down from the busy parts of the Seawall.

Liked the unit, and amenities in community worked out well with cold weather. Loved movies room! Game room needs some attention, several games not working and many have missing/broken parts (foosball, shuffleboard, pool, pinball). Overall hesitate to stay at this property again due to parking. Parking is horrible. Gated area under building seemed secure and good. However, got a huge door ding and will cost at least $1000 to repair. It’s a deep dent and scraped with white paint, the other car would have had to have known they caused this. It is not a minor scratch. Overall outside area was in need of attention. Chess pieces missing, chair cushions dirty. Upon arrival outdoor pools were super dirty.
