Retreat to the first-level primary bedroom fit for royalty, featuring a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and access to a large hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and personal access to a beautiful porch with breathtaking views of the tidal creek. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are equally impressive, each featuring a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. Bedroom 4 also has direct access to the second-level porch. And for the little ones, Bedroom 5 has two twin bunk beds and another flat-screen TV.
Take your relaxation to new heights on the second-level porch, where you'll find a comfy couch and a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10. Whether you're sipping on a cold drink or enjoying a delicious meal, this is the perfect spot to soak up the fresh air and soak in the stunning views. The private heated pool offers hours of fun in the sun. With plenty of lounge seating, you can bask in the sunshine or simply take a refreshing dip. And when the evening rolls around, gather around the outdoor firepit for some cozy conversation and s'mores-making. With plenty of seating, everyone can relax and enjoy the warmth of the fire while taking in the starry night sky.
There is an additional cabana bathroom that can easily be accessed outdoors through the screened-in porch. Wi-fi and a full-size washer and dryer are included.
Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. In addition, a monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property. It has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. We brought the whole family and this was the PERFECT home for us! It was very clean and very well stocked. There was plenty of space for all of us to congregate together, as well as plenty of space to all do our own thing. The outdoor patio and screened in back porch/table was such a blessing! We will definitely be back!

The AC may have trouble if it is warmer outside. The four block walk to the beach is easy. Bugs can be bad at dusk.

The house was beautiful and laid out well for large groups. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of silverware! The pool was also wonderful and we loved the variety of outdoor spaces and porches to hang out in. The issue we had with the house was the smell. There was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. Maintenance informed us it was because there was a king tide and there was nothing they could do about it. They did provide a can of air freshener. The smell overtook the entire house and was especially bad in the master bedroom because the bathroom was in the room. We made the best of it and kept the windows open with all the fans on but for what it costs to rent this home it was a bummer. I guess if you are renting it consider looking at the tide charts first?

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
