This two-level three-bedroom, two-bath tropical getaway is half of a duplex that is pet-friendly and conveniently located at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. A short 3-4 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Up for an adventure? Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Don't want to drive? Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Also included with your stay is complimentary WiFi, off street parking and private washer and dryer. There are also ceiling fans throughout. Enter this vacation home through the screened and furnished lanai that offers plenty of seating and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is open and spacious with plenty of solid surface counter space and tile backsplash. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, above-range built-in microwave oven and dishwasher. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired, including a Keurig coffee maker. The adjacent dining area is a customized nook with benches and seats four. Sliding glass doors lead to the outside furnished patio area with table seating four and a gas BBQ grill. Also on the lower level just off the kitchen is a desk with chair, as well as guest bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed on an area rug, bedside stand and corner chair. The guest bathroom has a large L-shaped vanity with corner lavatory and a combination tub/shower. The upper level has wood flooring except for tile in the bathroom. The primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king-sized bed, night stands and lamps and two corner chairs. A door provides access to an open upper deck with umbrella table and chairs. Through a carpeted walk-in closet is the en suite bath with a full-sized jacuzzi tub/shower combination with tile surface vanity with dual lavatories, full wall mirror and plenty of storage space beneath. This bathroom can also be accessed from the other part of the upper level. The second guest bedroom upstairs has a double bed and a twin bed with night stand. Property needs a lot of TLC. The backyard and front yard have potential but they are completely...

Property needs a lot of TLC. The backyard and front yard have potential but they are completely rundown. Very hard to get TV and internet in the upstairs room. TV could be useful in downstairs room. Property is close to the beach. Cleaning lady was outside the property right at 10:00am on departure day. It was quite uncomfortable as we were loading our stuff in the car.
