Ocean Village Club Q35
Where you'll be
Description
Located on the 3rd—and top—floor of an elevator building, the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo overlooks one of the pools, lush palm trees, and the ocean just beyond. In fact, the unit is in the Ocean Village Club building closest to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Bring your morning coffee or an evening cocktail out to unit Q35’s private balcony, sit back in one of the chairs, and revel in the salt-kissed breeze and the hum of the surf.
The balcony opens onto Ocean Village Club Q35’s spacious living/dining area. Furnished in soothing creams, blues, and greens, it’s the serene respite you want after a day on the go. There’s room for everyone to kick back on the couches and to watch a Blu-ray movie on the TV, play charades, or plan the next day’s adventures. (The free WiFi will sure come in handy for that!)
The dining table seats 4, and there’s room for 2 more at the adjacent breakfast bar. The breakfast bar is also a convenient place to sit and help with the cooking—or at least to keep the cook company. The kitchen, on the opposite side of the bar, is stocked with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you’ll need. Even if you eat your main meals at the numerous restaurants within walking distance, you’ll still appreciate having a refrigerator/freezer to keep wine and juice cold and a microwave to heat up restaurant leftovers. For alfresco meals, head to the complex’s grill area, which is equipped with picnic tables as well as charcoal grills.
A good night’s sleep is key to a successful vacation. Fortunately, at Ocean Village Club Q35 it’s easy to catch up on your z’s. You’ll love spreading out on the primary suite’s queen-size bed to watch TV, surf the web, or read before falling asleep beneath the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan. (Don’t worry: The condo has central air-conditioning too!) With a pair of twin beds and plenty of room for stretching out on the floor with toys and games, the 2nd bedroom is perfect for the kids. Should you have additional guests, they can sleep on one of the living area’s sofas, which opens into a bed for 2. Vacationing with an even larger group? Adjoining unit Q36 can be rented as well.
Along with 2 bedrooms, Ocean Village Club Q35 has 2 full bathrooms, so you can indulge in a lengthy shower without a line forming on the other side of the door. We’ll provide all the clean towels you could possibly need, the beds will be perfectly made up when you arrive, and extra bedding will be ready and waiting. What’s more, the unit has its own washer and dryer, so you can pack light and even return home with clean clothes in your suitcase!
One of Ocean Village Club’s 2 pools is just outside of unit Q35’s building. Both are surrounded by patios where you can laze on chaises while listening to the palm trees rustle in the breeze. When you’re ready for some exercise, head to the fitness center or play on one of the tennis courts. For something a bit less strenuous, have a go at one of the 4 shuffleboard courts.
There’s, even more, to see and do just a bit farther afield. Marineland is 15 minutes away; in the opposite direction is historic St. Augustine, where you can explore the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park or visit the treasure-filled Lightner Museum, among other attractions. Even the Orlando theme parks are merely a day trip away.
You’ll have so much to choose from when you stay at Ocean Village Club Q35. So make the choice right now to book your reservation today.
The non-heated pool, closest to the ocean, is under repair until approximately May 1, 2023.

Great place to stay. This unit is very conveniently located close to the walkway to the beach, and has beautiful views of the beach. It is also located close to one of the pools and is in a building with an elevator which makes for moving things in and out much easier. The unit itself is very clean and has been recently updated.

Ocean Village Club is an older complex, but very well maintained. The condos are spacious. This is our 6th time at OVC, but our first time in Q35. Nice condo, Great location, but not perfect. When we arrived, the floor was dirty, and sandy. It also needs new towels and sheets-(they are in poor condition.) The blinds at the sliding glass door are in poor condition also. The condo has new appliances, a great location (close to restaurants and grocery stores),and nice patio furniture. I would come back to Q 35 again--We had a nice vacation and I didn\'t want to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. My sister and I took our 87 year old mother on a girls vacation. An elevator was a must and it was easily accessible. The view of the ocean was good however the palm trees did block it somewhat. The only bad thing we have to say is the beds were uncomfortable. The owners really need to invest in new mattresses and box springs. Even with the uncomfortable beds I would still recommend it. We stayed at OVC in a different condo 4 years ago and were very happy with it also. OVC is now our place of choice in St. Augustine Beach.

Stayed in this pet friendly condo in an elevator building right up next to beach walkway and pool for spring break. The condo was nice (new kitchen, new floors, good 2 bed/2 bath layout. Only complaints: really sad bedding in master bedroom, shower in master bath had a lot of mildew (which was easily remedied with bleach found under kitchen sink) and main bath had a nasty smelling rug near shower that I made the mistake of sniffing trying to figure out why the bathroom smelled like an old rag. Also TV\'s and DVD players very difficult to figure out: wires were not even plugged into right spots (took a couple of days to figure that out!) Last complaint: balcony was so nice with great comfy furniture. Nice to watch my teenagers at the pool. Unfortunately the condo below us had a smoker and he was out smoking most of the time. Don\'t know what the rules are for balcony smoking at Ocean Village Club. The property was beautifully maintained and landscaped. Pool was maintained every morning we were there. Loved the security of the gated property for my kids. Loved the location and the huge beach.

Overall good, the condo needs some attention; kitchen drawer was broken, burn holes in carpet, mold in master bath shower, normal wear and tear, patching/painting needed, cable outlet cover broken. The ocean view from the balcony was very good.
