The property was very clean and very nice, but the cameras, only 1 tv, a/c locked to 70 degrees, and private swimming pool that you can't use after 11pm, signs that keep reminding you that they will charge your card if something is missing or damaged, are all things that made us feel uncomfortable. We come to Port A once or twice a year and this rental was a last minute decision due to our normal reservation being cancelled and us not being aware until arrival. I booked online and paid in full and called to try and get an early check in. I explained our circumstances, but was not allowed to speak to whoever in your office is in charge of that. The young lady I spoke to would not let me speak to a manager. I would happily have paid extra for an early check in since no one had rented the property the night before. We have stayed at several of your locations in the past and I will say we have stayed at much nicer places for a lot less money. Thanks, Danny Watson

Would have given 5 stars if a bed wasn’t broken and there was more than just one TV in the house. Prior reviews indicated such, but website info stated there was a TV in every room, which is not the case. Yes, we were on vacation but there were some important sporting events some wanted to watch, but not everyone, and some usually watch TV to go to sleep. The queen bed was broken. The support boards underneath had fallen, providing no support for more than one person to be on the bed. It needs to be fixed. The pool, though, provided a lot of family time fun. More TVs and a fixed bed with newer mattresses would have scored 5 stars.

I am the Owner and was very fisappointed the condition the house was kept on. What if I was a paying Customer? Not acceptable. The drain in the Masterbath tub was so full of hair that it wouldn't drain. You cannot tell me the Cleaning service didn't know.

Everything was great and we all enjoyed the private pool! The only thing I would suggest would be maybe one more tv. There is only one in the house. Other than that it was PERFECT!
