Step inside, unpack your bags, and start relaxing. Your vacation has officially begun. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with plush seating. Curl up with your favorite book, take an afternoon siesta or catch the big game on TV. Make use of the free Wi-Fi and stay connected with friends back home. Head across the street to cast a line offshore and bring back your fresh catch to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. All major appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided for you. Brew a fresh pot of coffee each morning and savor the ocean sunrise right outside your door.

After a day of fun in the sun, you’ll want to come back and fall right asleep. With a well-appointed and cozy bedroom, you’ll be able to do just that. The bedroom here offers a queen-size bed with an extra mattress pad for comfort. The sofa in the living room converts to a twin-size bed for additional guests. All bedding is provided. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower and freshly laundered towels.

Wake up well-rested and ready to explore all Flagler Beach has to offer. You’ll find there are plenty of things to do here. Spend a lazy day at the beach with your toes in the sand. Head to town to peruse eclectic shops and grab a bite at one of the many delicious outdoor dining establishments. If you’re looking to kick things up a notch, rent a surfboard or a jet ski to play in the waves. Day trippers will love venturing to nearby St. Augustine, with its storied history and unique museum experiences. 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $1000 is due at the time of Booking if the total is more than $4000.
46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $300 is due at the time of Booking if the total is less than $1000.
Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.

Cancellations

Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

CP Carla P.	Verified Guest Comment Location! Location! Location! Fantastic views! About 1.2 miles to the Pier, shopping etc. Oceanside restaurant is 3 blocks. Great coffee & smoothies place, as well as subs at Beach Belly Bob’s, only 2 blocks. It’s a little tattered by the saltwater but I expect that with an oceanfront place. The inside was clean. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend renting IF you’re doing so in the Summer w/intentions to cook. The kitchen/dining area doesn’t cool well. But we ate out and made sandwiches so it was fine for us. The unit AC was off on arrival which made for a frustrating, hot first night. Once it cooled and we used the supplied fans, it was much more comfortable. The host was excellent at trying to reach us, send maintenance out to check about the lock & AC (the lock experience was my fault due to hand problems, WD40 fixed it up). They were concerned and I think went beyond in contacting us to ensure we were happy. We had an issue with the door code and the wifi connection but the problems were dealt with immediately. The location was great, right in front of the ocean and close to really good restaurants. Far away from the busiest part of Flagler so we felt safe and it was somewhat quiet and peaceful. We do think it was a little pricey, but we were celebrating our 50th anniversary, so it was worthit. 03/30/2024 Renee was a wonderful guest. We hope they come back next year for another memorable vacation!
