The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It is six floors up, offering a great view, but also giving some distance from the pool area for quiet relaxation on the balcony. The condo was spacious. The second bedroom was a generous size for our two children to share. We were really pleased with this condo. Both of the outdoor pools at this resort were also very decent sizes. They never seemed overly crowded, and everyone had plenty of room to enjoy the amenities.

We loved the condo and the beach. We did have issues with the cable In the bedrooms which we reported and they did ask if we wanted someone to come take a look to fix it we chose not to. The issue we did have was with the female security guard and the wristbands and parking. We were on the beach on day 3 when my minor daughter was approached about her band my other daughter came up and had hers on and the guard told us we all needed to have them on. I did feel bad so I was heading to the room with my daughter to get them for us all when she approached us again about not having them and told her we were on our way to get them and she snapped we need to have them on I understand for security issues but half the beach nor pool had one on. The next day the same thing this time we had them on and she asked us 3 times thru the day if we had them on. I had to leave the place to go to the store and came back. When pulling into the gate I looked up and our parking pass wasnt in the window. We had had it the whole stay so I knew it was in the car somewhere I didn’t think much of it since I had my band on and she had asked me about it 3 times that day. She was standing by the keypad and asked where my parking pass was I told her I couldn’t find it at the moment but I had my code for the gate she said it didn’t matter I had to have the parking pass after looking it had fell into my floorboard. Then she opened the gate. I truly understand the security I work in a tourist town also but for the amount of money we paid plus the almost $300 we paid for beach service with the tip included for the week even though we loved the condo, the location, the beach service crew were awesome that whole experience almost done it in. I would put signs by each elevator and door to remind everyone to have the bands on and the gate code doesn’t matter if the security guard won’t let you in without your parking pass. I guess that really got me because sandcastle university came in one day we were there for another family which is great but I wonder how they got in without any issue considering they didn’t have a parking pass or wristband. I think the security guard needs retrained on how to approach people about the bands and also about instead of approaching minors let them know I need to talk to your parents

The there was plenty of space and the views were gorgeous. Everything was very convenient to get to as far as the pool, office, beach, etc. Couldn't ask for a better design for our needs.
