I only have one suggestion - more hand towels. I would supply 2 hand towels to each bathroom and an additional 1-2 for the kitchen. You can easily hear any noise from next door but theres no a lot you could do to change that.

Make sure you bring your own kitchen trash bags. This is a convenience that should be included. As well as a broom and dust pan. No grill on site. Would also highly suggest more furniture on the front porch. Two chairs is limiting. Beyond this all was well. Highly recommend Silversands Property Rentals.

Maintenance responded quickly when I checked in, the smoke alarm was beeping very loudly so I called them quickly and they came out promptly. The grill was not usable as it was so rusted and wheels broken off had to be held up by a brick.
