the location is fantastic. the price we paid was extremely Fair for the accommodations. the house had everything that you possibly could need more than we expected. the property needed some maintenance repair like the popcorn ceilings in the living room in the bathroom upstairs and some cosmetic repairs externally. the only complaint I have is that I cut my foot open pretty badly going out to the beach on the wooden walkway/deck. of course this was the only time I decided to go barefooted to the beach. all in all we had a wonderful time and we would stay there again.
