We've rented the moonlight condo twice now but this year we also rented the studio with it that's across the sidewalk kind of. It was quite last year for a week & this year also except for the new people that apparently bought the condo next to it. You can hear their loud music through the wall. Luckily they only done that 1 night. The place itself is great though! Nice location. The kiddos always love feeding the turtles & ducks in the lagoon/pond out back. I've stayed in this location many times for years, it's great & not packed with people! Love it!

The location was good. Close to the beach. But you can tell that this is probably owned by a company since it doesn’t seem to show owner’s pride in the space. Moldy blender, not too clean, the sofa was sticky and old and worn. After two nights we found evidence of a rodent who had eaten half a banana and pooped under the sofa bed where my daughter’s boyfriend slept. After a whole day of calling, texting and insisting, I got us moved to a different and much better place. It was great that Southern Rentals agreed to do this. We did have to show evidence of the presence of the rodent, which we did promptly.
