The cottage is new, clean, and well located. The complex is nice though the shared pool is quite small. We appreciated that it was also pretty quiet the weekend we were there. The compact unit is just big enough for 2 couples, but 6 people would be very cramped. It's bare bones and could use more basic amenities. Such as: a hair dryer; a better coffeemaker (a pot, not just a cup). The kitchen is way short on dishes, silverware and especially glasses, and could use a dish rack and a couple of mixing bowls. There are no table lamps, the bedboard battery lamps (!) were dead, and the bedroom fan lights were very dim. There weren't even any hangers in the closets. Adding a couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice. We'd stay there again but we'd need to bring a lot more stuff.

The location was great, but we got locked out of our room several times and our ac did not cool. When we got there the pool was green, but someone came out the following evening to shock it

The property is nice, extremely convenient that it had two rooms, prices were great. Only issue I had was with the AC not working. Eventually I was brought a window unit for the bedroom but the rest of the unit stayed hott and had to be in the room to cool down. Sleeping in sweet wasn’t great the first night
