Welcome to this amazing beachfront condo called Estero Beach and Tennis 703B. Experience coastal bliss at this charming vacation rental condo located at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club condominiums in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Step outside onto the balcony and immerse yourself in the amazing views of the gulf - the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or witness stunning sunsets over the horizon. This beachfront condo is perfect for your next gulf coast vacation!

Upon entering your condo on the seventh floor, a corner unit, you are drawn to the outstanding panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. Estero Beach and Tennis 703B is a one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with kitchen, living room/dining area and balcony. There is tile flooring throughout. Entry is into a foyer and then the open plan kitchen, dining/living area with balcony. This condo is equipped with ceiling fans in the kitchen/dining area and bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is nestled to the right upon entry, with beautiful solid surface countertops and backsplash accented by corner stainless steel kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, and built-in above-range microwave oven. In the dining/living area is a table seating four, and the living area is furnished with a sleeper-sofa, end table with lamp and side chair, opposite which is a flat screen TV next to the kitchen area. There are sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony where you will catch the most amazing sunsets and sunrises.

The primary bedroom offers comfort and convenience with a king-size bed, anight stands with lamps and a chest of drawers, and of course windows opening out on two sides where its gulf and resort views everywhere you look. There is also ample closet space in the large en suite bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower, commode, and a single-piece vanity with lavatory. For your convenience a coin operated laundry facility is available at ground level.

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club provides a plethora of amenities for your enjoyment, including tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of parking. Additionally, for your convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available at the ground level, ensuring hassle-free accommodations throughout your stay.

Perfectly positioned close to the beach and within reach of local attractions, this condo offers convenience and leisure in equal measure. Explore nearby destinations such as Lovers Key State Park, located just 3 miles away, where you can immerse yourself in a natural Florida environment boasting pristine beaches and lush tropical foliage—a haven for bird enthusiasts with its vibrant avian population.

Post-hurricane Ian damage cleanup continues in the Fort Myers Beach area and at the Condo. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise within and around this complex, including the parking areas. At this time some amenities may not be available for use. Currently the pool is not open. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.

This was the first time reserving a AirB&B and was completely blown away. I absolutely loved the location! Pictures do not do that view justice and the condo was really cute, clean and tidy. The host was very responsive and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to travel to SW Florida. I really did not want to leave that paradise.
