Access to 1032 Cinnamon Beach is via elevator to the third floor with tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, and bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living area is an open floor plan. The kitchen is a chef's delight, with plenty of granite counter space, and everything is available in this kitchen to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks and coffee in the morning. All you have to do is bring the food! Appliances include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. There is a kitchen breakfast bar next to the dining area side. The adjacent dining area is nicely furnished with a rectangular table seating six, as well as a buffet. This flows out into the well-appointed living area with a sofa and matching loveseat, ottoman, end tables and lamps, and a large flat-screen TV. The patio table with four seats, extra seating, and a cocktail table overlooks a tropical lake.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with reading lamps, a double dresser with a flat-screen TV, as well as a ceiling fan. The large en suite bathroom is a haven of its own, with dual vanities with plenty of storage space, full wall mirrors, a corner walk-in shower with glass enclosure, as well as a corner garden tub. All towels and linens are provided. The first guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed with nightstands, lamps, a dresser with a mirror, and a corner flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared bathroom that has a combination tub/shower and granite vanity with plenty of storage space beneath.

We enjoyed the location. The condo was clean, and bigger than I expected. I felt like the owner/rental company went cheap on the amenities. Provided two bars of soap about the size of a communion host. No dish soap. One garbage bag. No roasting pans. Only salt/pepper shakers for spices. Our ice machine was off when we arrived so no ice either. Also, the listing indicated it was pet friendly. I paid the rental fee and then when the contract came it said no pets allowed. Then they “agreed” to allow it since that was what the listing said but they charged additional $.

We stayed at Cinnamon Beach Resort from 2012 thru 2017. After staying at other locations in FL, we returned to Cinnamon Beach resort and are so glad we did! The condo was great, the weather was great. We just love this area of FL. We are already booked for 2024.
