Enjoy your vacation at Beach and Racquet Club A301, great for a quick getaway or romantic week for couples. Sit out on the private third-floor balcony and watch the ships sail by! Find your restful vacation with all the comforts of home. Sleep up to 4 people with a King size bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa for guests.
The open-plan condo includes an open living dining and kitchen area. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher. You also will enjoy your furnished private balcony with a view of the bay. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a Smart TV to access all your favorite programming.
This condo also offers complimentary in-unit WIFI, central air, and will sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet Club office, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Overall our stay was great, just a little on the pricier side for the season we were there and not able to use most amenities due to weather this time of year

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
