Description
The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has direct access to the shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom is beautifully decorated, features a walk-in shower, and is accessible from both the queen bedroom and living room. The second bedroom is furnished with a King bed. Both bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.
Guests will also enjoy shared access to the ground-level furnished screened porch. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and central air/heat. The outdoor fire pit is shared with all three units. The entrance to this apartment is located at the front of the house, the right door (unit B). Off-street parking is available for 2 cars.
Please note: This apartment does not include a dishwasher or washer/dryer. There is a coin-operated laundry located only a block away.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The first floor units are basically large hotel rooms with a kitchen. Next time I would get one with a view of the ocean.

First off, we appreciated how easy it was for us to reschedule our stay at this place not once but twice! Second, this place is so close to the beach! It was easy to walk there even with three small children in tow. That was the best part. That being said, this place did not have some things that I would have expected, especially given the price. Nothing that ruined our trip, just little things, like filters for the coffee maker, a dustpan with the broom, a bottle opener, oil for cooking (which was listed in the description but wasn't there), shampoo, etc. If you come to stay here and plan to cook, go ahead and bring everything you think you might need because the assortment of cooking stuff was pretty random. We had to improvise quite a bit. Again, the location was great so none of this stuff really matters all that much...just giving honest feedback.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
