The house was as described, short walk to the beach, plenty of parking. The inside was clean and had comfy beds with all the things a big group could need. Only downside is the lack of towels (1 per guest) and the minimal “starter” items. Other than those small things the house was great!

We love this property so much, we have started looking at available properties in the neighborhood. This was our second time staying here and we really feel like Anastasia Island is our home away from home. The property was clean and conveniently located. We were very happy to find that there was a canopy in the garage for our use at the beach as we had forgot to bring one. If we do not purchase our own property, we will come back to this one again. We really loved the beach. It is our favorite that we have been to.
