They were very communicative and accommodating. We were disappointed to find the floors not mopped (not the expected sand). However, we were extremely impressed to get an immediate response and a person over promptly to mop. There were text messages to enquir about our stay giving us the opportunity to share. The age of the property and the unit was a bit more evident for the price.
