Description
The master bedroom ensuite is very comfortable with a new king size bed and large smart screen TV. It has a private lanai that overlooks both Matanzas Bay and the Gulf. It is a beautiful area to wake up in and enjoy a peaceful sunrise with your morning cup of coffee. The master closet has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The cozy guest room offers two twin beds, a new, large, smart screen TV, and its own bathroom. In the guest room closet, you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a pack 'n play.
The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation including a duo coffee maker (pots or single cups), an air fryer/toaster oven, cast iron pans, and sharp knives. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 for enjoying a meal or spreading out to play a board game. There are cards, books, and board games for your entertainment. The board games are family favorites.
From the living room couch, you can enjoy views of the Gulf and Matanzas Bridge or catch up on your streaming entertainment on the new 65” smart TV. Enjoy your meals or reading a book on the front lanai where you have the most impressive view of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and the causeway. It is so mesmerizing, you won’t want to leave it. The sunsets at Gateway Villas are spectacular! Have your phone ready for some beautiful photos.
The pool is the jewel of Gateway Villas. It is always sparkling clean and very warm. There are plenty of chairs on the pool deck for lounging or you can take a chair and umbrella from the condo down to the beach and play in the sand. Don’t forget the sunscreen! There are two Weber grills on the first level as well as outdoor tables. The building is gated, there is plenty of parking, and the grounds are well lit in the evenings.
Gateway Villas is located on the quiet, northern end of Estero Island. It is 0.5 miles from Bowditch Park and Times Square. Bowditch Park is a beach to bay nature preserve with walking and bike trails. Keep an eye out for the turtles wandering around in the park. Times Square hosts lots of fun including the fishing pier, street performers, restaurants with live music, shops, and ice cream stores. Many of the island's restaurants are within walking distance. A beach trolley will take you all the way down the island to Lovers Key State Park. Town of Fort Myers Beach Registration Number 22-0253

Unit was nice. Beds very comfortable. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the 3 year old included. Washer and dryer were a real plus! Didn’t have to go to another location to get keys. Door code emailed. We had a great time!

Lovely space, beautiful views and nice amenities. We had a wonderful time sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunsets. The condo fit our needs and management company was great when our microwave quit working. Brought us a replacement to use during our stay. Overall, a wonderful vacation.

The management company made good by crediting about 10% of the fee on an inaccurate description of the property when booked versus when we arrived. There were supposed to be 6 places for sleeping, but the owner replaced 2 full size beds with a king bed. Appreciate Mark at Distinctive Vacations for the credit.
