The owners of unit 206 have been there both last year and this year when we stayed. They play loud music until the wee hours every night. It’s so loud, we were unable to watch tv in the living room on several occasions. I actually knocked on their door at 11 PM one night and begged the woman to turn it down so we could sleep. They allow their sons to throw footballs and play soccer in the driveway behind the unit. I saw multiple cars get hit while we were there both last year and this year. I had to check my vehicle for damage daily. We love this unit better than others at Turtle Cove that we have stayed in, but the neighbors will probably cause us not to return.

Be careful about the linens being included. Two beds had no sheets on arrival and two bath towel/wash cloth sets had no wash cloths.

This property was beautiful and in the perfect area! We could see the ocean from our balcony and we had everything we needed. The only issue was there were roaches in the house. Someone came out to spray but there were still roaches coming out on the counters and from under the stove and refrigerator.

So relaxing having coffee with views of the ocean from family room deck and the bedroom deck. The beach is just across the street! The new carpet smell and updated furniture look great. Had a great trip and the short walk to restaurants was easy - Great place - We've already reserved another week! Harold J.
