Whether you're soaking up the sun or sipping on a refreshing drink, you'll relish in the perfect oceanfront experience on the North end of Tybee Island. Inside, indulge in a seamless blend of luxury and comfort with gorgeous updates throughout. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to provide guests with a memorable vacation experience.

The open living area has a sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony with seating, from where you can enjoy the amazing ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook meals with ease and even has an in-unit washer and dryer. The dining area has seating for 4. Bedroom 1 is outfitted with a California king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and enjoy access to the private balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 assigned, 1 unassigned.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 18C! It is a very cute little villa that is clean, and decorated great! The agency hosting it was great and communicated very clearly through out the stay. The only issue we had was the wifi didn't work, which wasn't that big of a deal. The only thing I wish was noted was the distance from the beach, but more importantly was that it was on the third floor and there was no elevator. We had our elderly grandmother with us and it was really a challenge for her to go up and down the stairs and walk to the beach through the sand. This isn't a complaint, but more just I wish this was noted. I definitely recommend this villa as a quiet little beach getaway... It's a hidden gem!

The location of Lighthoue Point is incredible—walk to a beautiful quiet beach (our unit had an ocean & greenspace view from the large balcony), the lighthouse, North Beach, and the Marine Science Center. The complex has a relaxed vibe and very quiet at night.

Very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and plan on coming back in the future. It was our first time visiting Tybee Island and we are in love with the area. It is absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
