The stunning rental home, affectionately named Walkin' On Sunshine, is located in the desirable Sunflower Beach resort - the ultimate locale for active families and beach lovers. Enjoy a short walk to the community pool area or grab your gear and drive your golf cart over the boardwalk to the beach for easy and convenient access to the Gulf's warm waters. Enjoy a spacious 2,384 square-foot interior with nautical decor that echoes the nearby scenery, with views of the pool and open spaces from two second story balconies. The community features two pools - a sparkling resort pool perfect for the kids and families and a tranquil adults-only pool. There is a large number of lounges as well a shaded dining pavilion, seasonal cafe, and shaded seating throughout the pool area. Sunflower Beach's 50 acres of walkable space promotes community and quiet surroundings. There are Sunflower Beach golf carts and beach bikes for rent at the sales center. The open concept great room/kitchen on the second floor is the perfect place to congregate for meals, entertaining, or watching a football game on the 55' high-resolution TV. The expansive living area provides plenty of space for you and your guests. The gourmet kitchen offers stainless appliances, high end finishes, and is fully stocked from the wine glasses to the Calphalon pans. Gather around the elegant dining table offering seating for 10 or the balcony dining table just off the great room to relax and enjoy the scenery for alfresco dining. Enjoy early morning coffee or late-night toddies on the two outside balconies. The second-floor primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed, 48" TV, large walk-in closet, double vanities, beautiful walk-in shower, and private balcony with chairs affording beautiful views toward the pool, dunes, and open spaces. The first-floor level offers a beautifully appointed guest room with luxurious king bed, en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower, and double vanities. Two bunk rooms provide individual lighting and outlets for charging smart devices at each bunk. One room has two twin bunks and the second room has one twin bunk. Adjoining the bunk rooms is an en-suite bathroom that affords privacy with two closed off tub/showers and spacious separate vanities with linen closet in between. For that private business call or a quiet cup of coffee, escape to the private coffee porch or the large central patio. Guest amenities include washer/dryer, gas BBQ, outside shower to rinse off the sand from the day, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for 5 cars (two in the garage, two in the driveway, and an additional spot next to the driveway). **Port Aransas and Sunflower Beach Resort are all developing areas; and you will encounter construction during your stay.

What an amazing house! Our 4 adults and 4 kids thought it was incredible! We are picky and very often disappointed staying at rentals. Not here- by far our favorite!!! Beautiful, immaculate, spacious, luxurious and thoughtfully decorated. No detail was left out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and much more, all kinds of upscale appliances we don’t even have at home. Great bunk bed rooms for kids! We loved the short walk to the beach and pool. Can’t await to come back!!!
