Welcome to Casa Marina 612, your waterfront resort-style two-bedroom, two bath tropical hideaway in paradise located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island. Within walking distance is a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include deeded beach access, a clubhouse just steps from your building, two heated pools, shuffleboard courts, gas BBQ grills in the common areas, and a fishing pier. There is ample parking and a convenient trash chute next to the elevator. For your arrival convenience there are luggage carts available behind the lobby. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, ceiling fans throughout and washer and dryer. Entry at ground level is through a secure, air conditioned and furnished lobby. Take the elevator to the first floor and enter the condo into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. There is wood flooring in the bedrooms, otherwise with marble tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has architectural tray ceilings with recessed lighting. A pass-through bar into the dining area has four high boy upholstered chairs. The kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with plenty of granite counterspace with backsplash, well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There is a European style stainless steel sink with disposal. All appliances are stainless steel, including a refrigerator with two side by side doors, refrigerator drawer, and freezer drawer, with ice and water dispenser in the door, built-in 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and built-in above-range microwave. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and a round glass-top table seating four on upholstered chairs. Also in the dining area is a curio cabinet and leather chair with side table and lamp. This flows into the living area that is very nicely furnished with an L-shaped leather sofa with end tables and floor lamp and a large leather ottoman on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a corner entertainment center with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out onto the well-furnished screened-in balcony. The balcony extends from the living room to the master bedroom area, and is nicely furnished with plants, a glass-top wicker table with two wicker chairs with cushions and a wicker love seat and glass-top cocktail table. This may well be a frequent focal point to sit and enjoy the fantastic views of the canals, back bay, and numerous boats passing by. Also on this balcony behind louvered doors is your own washer and dryer. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with end of bed bench on an area rug, night stand and lamp, and a triple dresser with mirror. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV with computer desk beneath. Sliding doors provide private access to the screened in balcony.There is a large walk-in closet, next to which is the en suite bathroom with vanity and lavatory with plenty of storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode, a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with built-in corner seat, river rock flooring and sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom is nicely furnished with a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, a triple dresser with mirror and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bath has a vanity and lavatory with wall mirror, commode and combination tub/shower with hand rail.
