Welcome to unit #302 - Feeling Tip' Sea, a nicely decorated third floor 1 bedroom unit of the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. This condo has a private balcony with great water views. Relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier and grill up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas.
The living room is coastal themed with a sleeper sofa, great views, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for four at the breakfast bar. The bedroom has a king sized bed, cute beach decor, and a flat screen TV. This unit also has wifi! All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience. Guests will also have access to a quarter washer and dryer.
Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.
Feeling Tip' Sea is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.
Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.
This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Master bed is OK, mattress could be better. Bedroom is VERY light at night. The shutter/shade lets in a lot of light. Really needs some blackout curtains. On the other hand, there is no night light in the bathroom or hallway. Very difficult to navigate at night. Coffee should be upgraded to use Kuerig or Nespresso pods. The packets provided really don't work very well with a 12-cup drip maker. It is very hard to judge how much coffee you are putting into such a large reservoir. I make coffee for myself every day, and I never did get it right.
