The softly carpeted guest bedroom offers two full-sized beds, providing enough space for four adults or children traveling in your group. We have stayed at the Jamaican Royale before but had booked thru them directly. After dealing with the main office for the management company for our unit upon arrival we will continue to book with the resort itself not through third parties. They did not have the correct access codes for us before we arrived nor when we called to get the codes figured out. Also they were very rude and kurt with us when trying all the codes they gave us nor was understanding of our hesitation to trust that our vehicle would not be towed as nothing they had been telling us was proving to be true. Not something you want to have to deal with when having been in a car for 15+ hrs. The front office staff of the resort were very nice and told us they had been having issues with the said management company getting guests the correct codes. They said they would address the issue with them and also inform their management of the rudeness we endured from one of their agents.

The property was nice. Property management did not give correct codes for car and pedestrian gate access. Had to park outside of property or “sneak” in behind another car to gain access. It was the holiday weekend so no one was on site to assist. Had to call owner to get corrected codes. ( they were nice and apologetic for the inconvenience)
