I get up at 4am every day and there were at least 10 to 15 EMPTY parking spaces in the lot. Yes, I know about the HOA Rules, but if an occupied Condo only needed ONE Parking Pass, then the extra should be made available to another occupant. Even if we had to pay an additional $100 for a 3rd pass, it would have been well worth it.
