This place is beautiful. The pool is amazing. We wish paper and toilet paper, dish and laundry soap , kitchen and bathrooms towels were included with the property. It’s basic needs.

The house and pool were perfect! Would’ve liked better response times from Southern Vacation Rentals staff. We called, last Saturday when we arrived, about the pool and surrounding areas being dirty. We were told someone would reach out but they didn’t. We ended up cleaning old bottles and trash out of the yard ourselves. We called again about the pool being dirty and someone finally came out to clean it. We realize there was a bad storm on Saturday morning but that doesn’t account for the trash around the pool. Also some directions on things, like outdoor lighting, would’ve been nice to know. We found the pool lights but we could never find the string lights in the backyard so we couldn’t swim at night… too dark. Some household repair items I will list above (dishwasher barely works, dryer takes at least 4 drying cycles to dry a moderate load of laundry, toaster is a fire hazard). Overall, the house was amazing and we would stay here again. We just would’ve liked better communication from Southern. I’m only giving a 9 due to the property management aspect of this rental. Otherwise it’s a 10 all the way.
