This home has high ceilings which give a very open feeling to the property. Large sectional sofa in the living area which also includes a separate seating area to quietly read a book while ocean gazing or play a game with the family at the table for four in the living area. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 plus the open kitchen features a bar with seating for three. The Kitchen with granite counters - all the necessities to prepare small snacks or a meal for a king. Enjoy your time while you are visiting the Indian Summer beach home. The primary bedroom features a king bed plus a twin/twin trundle bed with en suite bath (room sleeps 4).The second bedroom is a twin/full bunk (sleeps 3) and the third bedroom is a queen bed plus an additional twin bed (room sleeps 3). All of the bedroom areas have televisions for those who enjoy a movie before bed time or an afternoon nap.
The ground level of the home features a charcoal grill and covered area out of the hot summer sun. This home features an open outdoor shower, an enclosed outdoor shower as well as the cafe lighted ground level area. The home has three areas of entertainment for your comfort and convenience.
A Cargo Lift for luggage or groceries is available. People aren't allowed on the Cargo Lift.

When we pulled up to the house the porch swing was broken and half of it laying on the ground. Looked shabby and was not able to get it fixed during our stay to enjoy it. There were sugar ants all over the kitchen counters and getting in our food. There were red fire ants on the living room rug where the baby was crawling around. The repair man set up ant bait boxes on the kitchen counters and left a can of Raid to spray the ants on floor! We were not going to spray pesticides where the baby and dog were crawling around. The primary bath sink and tub was not draining so the repairman came and fixed that. Other than those irritants, the house was nice and well equipped.

Location was perfect: walk to the beach; not crazy busy; close enough to Galveston to run into town if you need something. The home was decently clean- not overly luxurious but suited our needs with young boys needing a place to cool off between beach adventures. Had an issue with the laundry machine and maintenance promptly arrived and fixed it. Porch area was overrun with mosquitos that hadn’t been sprayed until he showed up. Once we told him and he sprayed- we could finally be outside.
