On the ground level there is a bedroom, bathroom, dining area/ living room and kitchen Downstairs is great for those who find it hard to navigate stairs, for teens needing their own space or for all night fishing! The upper 2 levels each have another bedroom and bathroom. The large deck over the boat house faces East capturing peaks of the bay and the wetlands as well as the southerly breezes coming off the Gulf of Mexico. The large lower dock area in front of the boat lift is a great place where you can fish, swim or just enjoy the water views. Interior features include stainless appliances, wood floors and spacious open kitchen. The living areas offer water views. City pool and beach are minutes away by golf cart. Bring your family and fishing poles and enjoy life on the water!

Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has it’s own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground.

This home is pet-friendly. Weight limit of 50 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
