We enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very convenient and that is important since you do not have garage access. Traffic is almost non existent in the neighborhood… no loud cars, trucks. A nature preserve is across the entire length of the street so no neighbors across the street. There is another rental next door so you may have some noise from them but they probably say the same about you. Kitchen has very nice appliances. Big refrigerator. Lots of kitchen items. Beds are very very comfortable. All bedrooms were of good size -2 with kings. AC worked like a charm. Good orientation to home from property manager (very responsive to needs and quick to reply). Lots of living space. Lots of dining space and options. Pool worked well but can’t speak to the heating since it was sweltering summer weather. Nice views of the lake. Nice sun tanning areas. Great, fast internet. And the TV’s all worked… that has never happened before! Also very “homey” and not sterile minimalist like other rentals

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was just as described and we found we enjoyed spending most of our vacation right at the home. We had an error message on the box that controlled the pool when we arrived. Thor that was over the maintenence of the property came quickly and resolved the situation. Thor even followed up during the week. He was wonderful. We will be returning to this beautiful property! Thank you for an excellent vacation.

Beautiful stay. The house is an older home and needs a few improvements or face lift but that pool and spa was amazing. We actually found ourselves staying at the house instead of going out. Sanibel is only 40 min drive and had amazing beaches. Be careful with the no-see-um bugs. They will eat you up. 20-30 mins to fort Myers. Beautiful location and home was amazing and had everything we needed. Wish there were some minor improvements to improve the look of the house and would recommend the host have instructions for the pool and spa. we had to troubleshoot it but once we figured it out it was amazing. Would just suggest a print out with instructions or how to work the pool and spa controls. Overall amazing stay and would love to come back.

We rented this home for our honeymoon - it was just my husband and I and I couldn’t have been happier. We loved the privacy and the quietness of the neighborhood as well as the easy location to restaurants and things to do. The AC was a little rocky in the house - it would turn off and on very loudly and wake us up throughout the night but the rest was amazing. We loved the house - would absolutely return to again. Highly recommend for family or a couple - plenty of space and things to do!
