I almost want to keep the property a secret. The listing was exactly as described! The property was very safe and well kept. This property provides a lot of hidden perks: shuttle to the beach (runs every 30 min), access to the beach club (pool, bar, restaurant, beach chairs, beach gear storage), and on property golf course. The only concerns were lack of communication with property managers. Entering the property address into GPS will take you to the owners gate. To initially access the property, you need to enter from Perdido Key DR and Lost Key Blvd. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall beautiful stay. We didn't utilize the golf club as we'd liked. We made the best of our trip though. We enjoyed the beach & drove to the boardwalk, nearby restaurants& enjoyed the pool. Take advantage of shuttle service for golf club/beach or walk. Parking is limited. Issues: It was such a hassle to get into the place because the address provided led us to the gate owners go to. Visitors had to go to another spot which the sign directed us to. Also once you get pass the gate guard, you have to find it which was not as easy. Its so many other condos/houses back there. But they kinda help thru text. Also the lock box is so old school, update to something more modern. Lastly, i asked about late check out multiple times prior to booking & every response seem automated so i didnt get info on how to set it up officially. Fyi Its a 60 buck fee to check out after 9am. Hotels at least allow until 11am. Provide a guidebook to help Would i return, not through S. Vacations.

This was not our original option as previous booking cancelled on short notice, but it worked out well for us. Clean throughout and plenty of space for all 4 of us. Quick shuttle access to the beach as well.

Condo was nice, larger space, nice property, this unit had a musty oder, standing water on the balcony kept the rug wet, which kept us inside the condo. The oder will keep us from renting this unit in the future. We still enjoyed ourselves.
