Description
The main living level is on the second floor of the home and features an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The dining table can seat up to 8 and there is additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV/DVD. You can access the covered deck from both the living area and primary bedroom which includes a gas grill and seating for 8. The main bedroom is furnished with a King and the second bedroom has a Queen and Twin.
The third bedroom, with its own full bathroom, is located on the ground level with its own private entrance through the screened porch. (No interior staircase) The private guest suite and a large screened porch include a 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite with a King-size bed and a Twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The private ensuite full bathroom has a walk-in shower. Enjoy hours of fun with your family in the large screened porch that features a Ping-Pong table and an oyster shucking table. This suite is temperature controlled with a wall ac/heat unit. Beach access for Coastal Breezes is located at the end of 10th Street, or 11th Street (No direct beach access on 10th Terrace).
Need more space for your upcoming vacation? Then consider also renting Mullet Manor, a 5 bedroom neighboring home that sleeps up to 12. When combined with Coastal Breezes, that would be a total of 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 22 guests.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
