Harbor House Manor is a townhome with two fully separate one-bedroom rentals on either side: Salty Air Retreat – Side A and Seas the Day – Side B.

Rent both sides for a couples’ retreat to give everyone their privacy. Bring the grandparents to stay on one side while you stay on the other so everyone can retreat to their own space at the end of an adventure-filled day. The possibilities are endless.

Each side has a similar layout. Enter the front door to find an efficiently designed living, dining and kitchen space. A futon-style sofa folds out into a bed for two, while an armchair is also available for seating. There’s a dining table for two, and the kitchen comes with full-sized appliances, including an over-the-range microwave, a stove and a refrigerator. Open the cabinets to find all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils needed to prepare your meals. On the counter is a coffeemaker, toaster and blender.

Just off the living space is a private coastal-themed bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a nightstand with lamp. A ceiling fan overhead helps keep the room cool and comfortable. The bathroom is just around the corner and features a shower/tub combination, single-sink vanity, and fresh supply of towels for your use.

Each side has its own semi-covered balcony space to enjoy a quiet morning with a cup of coffee or wind down after a day of adventure. There’s a picnic table for your convenience. Let the kids eat outside in the fresh air! A verdant yard downstairs is a great place to set up a cornhole match, ladder ball or just enjoy a game of Frisbee.
