Welcome to After Dune Delight! Located in the exclusive Beachside Village neighborhood, our "delightful home" is a short 3 minute walk to the beach. This large two-story and newly-constructed beach home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can fit up to 14 people. It is perfect for large families, families with children, or a large group coming to the beach.

"After Dune Delight" is your group's next beach destination rental. It has everything you need to make your vacation one to remember. The house is located in the exclusive Beachside Village Subdivision, and is a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach. This newly-constructed beach home can sleep up to 14 people. It is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom. The main bathroom upstairs contains TWO showers to get those kids cleaned up quickly! The property includes two Master Bedrooms. The first floor includes two bedrooms and a full tub/shower bathroom. One bedroom has a King Bed with its own Roku-Enabled TV and one bedroom has two Full beds with its own Roku-enabled TV. The fully stocked Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and beverage center. It also has basic spices, foil, and ziploc bags. There is also a large Dining Room table for eating and bar seating available. The Living Room is equipped with a large Roku-enabled TV, a game console, and two Pull-Out couches. Grab some coffee and enjoy the view on the large balcony and outdoor seating area!

Guests will access the home with their own individual key code that is emailed to them at the time of booking. The front door is a hurricane door and directions are located on the front door.

BEACHSIDE VILLAGE
Beachside Village is one of Galveston's most popular and newer upscale neighborhoods, with picturesque, idyllic, colorful, coastal homes, all on stilts and all built with strict Victorian-style architecture. Beachside Village is close to town and all that Galveston has to offer - only a short ride to Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, The Historic Pleasure Pier, Historic Strand and Postoffice Districts.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Beachside Village Community is a quiet residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am.
Weddings, prom or large gatherings of any kind are not permitted in Beachside Village. There is a $500 fine for these activities.

Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-compliance

Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
