Relax and enjoy the living area, with a Queen size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV. The living area opens to the balcony, where there is seating for 2 and access from the primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washer and dryer for guest use. The dining area has seating for 6. The primary bedroom has a King bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV with a DVD player. Extra amenities include WIFI, community pool. There are two reserved, covered parking spaces available. Guest must climb stairs to the third floor, as this building has no elevator.
Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The beach was much further then anticipated and the condo on the 3rd level which was tough. I would recommend a 1st floor.

Clean but needs updating. The air conditioning did not work well. The pool was closed for two days due to maintenance issues. The pool is one of the main reasons we stay at Lighthouse.

This space was cozy and had all the basic necessities! Close to everything especially the beach! Very close to the pools which were very nice! It was comfortable and quiet. Hosts are responsive. We felt at home here! Thank you!

Close walk to the beach. The pool was refreshing. Whoever owns 5A says they have two spots, but there was only one. So people park in 5C a lot. It happened twice in our four night stay, from two different renters.
