There were several roaches in our house, 1 on the ceiling in the living room, 1 on the floor in the bathroom, 1 in the kitchen around our sealed food, and 1 made its way into my wife's bag, which later ran down her leg after putting on her beach cover up. The blinds in the living room were damaged allowing the light from the unit across the way to beam into the room. The closet door was off the track making it hard to utilize the closet. Other than that the stay was ok.

We stayed here the week before Memorial Day and had a great time. The cottage is open and airy and still feels like it's new. Beds are firm, but we didn't mind. If it's just 2 of you, we recommend staying in the single unit cottages rather than the "duplex" (units 7 and 8). The door that connects the units allows noise to carry through from the TVs mounted close to the door. But otherwise a pleasant experience!
