All guests who book a stay at Coastal Comfort will receive an in-person welcome as part of our concierge services provided by Evoke Concierge, LLC. They will lead you on a brief tour of the home, designed to point out the most attractive features and amenities. During the brief visit, they will also be able to provide operational instructions, recommendations for the local area, and answer any questions that you may have. Escape to your own private paradise at Coastal Comfort, a beautiful vacation rental in Rockport, Texas! This serene waterfront home features a private dock and expansive bay views. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, Coastal Comfort can accommodate up to 13 guests.

Upon entering, you’ll find a beautiful open floor plan with high ceilings. No expense was spared on modern upgrades and chic décor. The living room features a shiplap wall, cozy fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Snuggle up on the comfortable couches each night and reminisce about the day you and your loved ones just had! There is also a game room with a large flat-screen TV, foosball table, ping pong table, wet bar and plush couches.

The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and a large kitchen island with breakfast bar. Coffee lovers will enjoy the coffee bar with your choice of a drip coffee maker or a Keurig. Prepare a feast with two ovens and plenty of counter space. The dining room nearby is the perfect place to gather around for family meals. Comfortably seating six guests, it is truly in the heart of the home.

Guests of Coastal Comfort will find themselves drifting off to sleep in no time in one of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located downstairs and also has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is downstairs and has two sets of twin-size bunk beds, the perfect camp adventure for the kids! The fourth bedroom is also downstairs and features a twin-over-full-size bunk bed. Two modern bathrooms are conveniently located nearby along with a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Enjoy every morning on your balcony! Sip your coffee as you watch beautiful sunrises over the Texas Gulf Coast. The patio downstairs is spacious and has great outdoor seating and dining.
