Welcome to Castle Beach #303, a newly remodeled Gulf-front two-bedroom, two-bath condo located just at the southernmost tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach. Due to its unique location at the tip of the island the view covers both the Gulf and Bay. There is a wide sandy beach at your doorstep, and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Trolley service is available north to the Times Square area or south to Lover's Key and Bonita Springs. In addition Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool and patio area with privacy fence and tropical landscaping, with lounge chairs and table with benches in front of the building. There is one parking space on the lower level, with other guest parking in front of the building. Just outside the ground-level parking area are tables and chairs under Tiki huts with the Gulf of Mexico as the background. For the barbecue enthusiasts a gas grill is available on the lower level. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi and cable TV, private laundry and all linens and towels are provided. This condo is family friendly. Included with your stay are childrens videos and games, a pack 'n play, high chair and much more for you and your family's enjoyment. Arrival at the resort is facilitated by luggage carts provided at the lower level entry to the building. A secure elevator will take you to the third floor. Entry is into a foyer and the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and granite counterspace. Everything is provided to whip up full course meals, or simply to make coffee and toast in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, glasstop range with oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. There is a stacked washer and dryer set and a pass-through bar into the dining area with bar stools. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. This flows into the living area furnished with a sofa, end table and lamp, two side chairs and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the sitting area is a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the screened in and furnished balcony overlooking the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors give private access to the balcony. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and nicely tiled walk-in shower with built-in corner seat and glass doors. The guest bedroom has two single beds with night stand and lamp. The guest bathroom has a pedestal lavatory, commode and walk-in shower with glass door.
