The second-floor private balcony overlooks palm trees, the pool area and an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. You are only steps to the pool, hot tubs and private entrance to the beach which is accessible only to Seascape residents.
The Seascape Galveston complex is one of the very few truly beachfront condos on Galveston Island with nothing except sand between you and the water! Welcome to the sheer beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, features a queen bed in the bedroom and a bunk bed niche, as well as a sleeper sofa. Total sleeping for 6 people. This revitalized condo comes with everything you need to prepare meals to enjoy on the balcony in the safety of your own kitchen. Clean-up is easy with the built-in dishwasher.
In addition to being just steps from the sand and beach, the wonderful amenities this property has to offer to include a large pool, multiple hot tubs and a convenient outdoor grilling area (bring your own charcoal please). High-speed WIFI is provided for the convenience of our guests. This condo offers all appliances, including a Keurig (bring your favorite pods), plus 2 televisions with cable access. Work and/or a vacation with ease.
So, whether you are being tossed in the waves or just listening to them as you bask in the sun on the warm sand, you are sure to be enjoying the Bella Vita (Beautiful Life)!
SEASCAPE RESORT
Seascape Resort is located on Galveston’s secluded West End and is a rare find - it's one of only a few beachfront resorts on the island; no road between you and the beach and offers a gated community dune crossover to easily access the beach. The resort-style complex has a heated pool (off-season only), kiddie pool, adult-only hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes a grilling and picnic area.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Guests must register with the on-site Seascape security upon check-in to obtain a parking pass. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Some Seacape units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to detrmine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Arriving at midnight to findi the door unlock code incorrect didn\'t start things off well. Night guard not at all helpful on giving directions to the unit- to busy with his phone to get up and out of his chair on our arrival. Unit great, appears newly remodeled. Recommend it highly. Please advise the owners that the new looking Coffee Mate coffee maker doesn\'t heat the water/brew the coffee. The green light comes on, but it doesn\'t work.

It's expensive, but we had some folks at the RV park next door so the location was perfect for accommodating additional family we couldn't sleep in the RV. Due to the late checkin time of 3pm, all of us gathered at the RV park to enjoy the beach and then walked up to the condo at 3pm to get settled and clean up for dinner. We had checked in online, we're paid in full and had received the door code. Shortly after entering the condo a security guard came up and berated our family members for 15 minutes about having entered the condo without “checking in†at the guard office in the parking garage. He insisted they all follow him immediately down to the garage to get bracelets and follow “appropriate proceduresâ€. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. Whoever owns this place needs to SERIOUSLY RETRAIN OR TERMINATE that guy. He was waaaay out of line. Our group was all adult, calm, responsible and respectful guests and they were treated like lawless marauders attempting to illegally break into the property. Let me be clear. The rental process was flawless, the online check in was easy, the property itself was clean and beautiful and comfortable, but the security guard situation must be addressed before he approaches someone who is not quite as level-headed as my grown kids. He may pick a fight with the wrong folks and have a serious problem on his hands. Thank you.

Love the stay,but had a ant problem, which is understandable. Would of liked a room nearer to the elevator,sense I had knee surgery not to long ago. I would recommend the stay for everyone it\'s a nice place.

This apartment is perfect! So cute and decked out in beach decor! Clean and just perfect. EveryThing was so new and nice. Wonderful view! What more could someone want. Perfect for family of 4 to have a beach vacation. Literally walked out of apartment down stairs and are T the beautiful pool and then walk a few feet and your on the beach. We had a great stay!
