The view from this property is for sure the best part! You can see the beach, boardwalk and lagoon from the balcony. We saw a small alligator in the lagoon multiple days in a row. The condo itself wasn’t the cleanest but it also wasn’t dirty, my 10m old was just good at finding the dirt under the couch and rug. The items there for you to use as far as silverware and cooking supplies were very cheap, but they work. Plan on doing laundry or taking extra towels and washcloths as they only supply 6 towels and 6 washcloths. I’d also take paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags if you can so you don’t have to buy some when you get there. Day 1 I struggled to get the Wi-Fi to connect to both our phone and the TV’s. I ultimately had to unplug and reset the Wi-Fi to get it to work, however I had messaged the owner on the Vrbo app and never heard anything back from him. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach via boardwalk. There is a shuttle that runs during the day for very specific hours. Additionally the resort has bikes on site to rent which was much easier than renting them from somewhere else. The pools at the resort are nice but they aren’t that big, the indoor pool is decent size and the kiddie pool was nice for my son. The resort does have ice on site. Also be mindful that you aren’t allowed to hang towels from the balcony, we got a courtesy notice on door one day. Overall it wasn’t bad, we as a family are very used to renting a house on the beach with its own pool so it was different than our “normal.” However we decided to go last minute and was too late for that, we made due but I’m not sure that I would stay here again. The buildings are very awkward and unorganized, it is a quiet resort, however my mother-in-law could hear them playing pickle ball at night.

The location is fantastic, the condo itself shows a lot of wear but is a rental. Condo was clean and ready for our stay.
