This was our second visit to this location. The unit is so spacious, so we never felt crowded with two families traveling together with young children. The fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor pool and quick walk to the beach cannot be beat. The first floor outdoor entrance was just the icing on the cake. So many activity and restaurant options nearby and such a quick trip to orange beach and gulf shores. We found Perdido and this rental almost by happenstance last year and we are so glad we did!

So convenient to the pool and lots of great restaurants neap.

First time in this unit. It had been nicely updated and we enjoyed our stay very much. Wife enjoyed the selection of beach novels to read. I was originally uncertain how I would like a first floor unit, but we ended up really liking the convenience of not having to use the elevator. Veteran renters should be aware that Florencia has closed off access to the dock. There is a new gate with a code only provided to owners. We always enjoyed fishing off the dock but were unable to do so this time. Second feedback is for the management company...please provide coffee filters and some basic cleaning supplies. Coffee filters cost nothing but it was a pain to have to go buy them when other units have always had some on hand. Although there was hand/dish soap provided, there was nothing to clean the kitchen with during the week. I know they clean it at the end but most people will want to wipe the counter, cooktop, etc. throughout the week as well. Just put a bottle of 409 or something under the sink; that should do it. Overall a great week and we would recommend this unit to other renters.
