The living area at Sandarac A409 welcomes you in, with its cozy and comfortable seating area and large screen TV. Decorated in warm tones to make you feel at home. The glass doors opening onto the lanai mean you are never far away from those spectacular views across the bay, and with the ocean is the backdrop, how can this room ever fail to impress?
Walking through those glass sliding doors and venturing out onto the screened lanai brings you out into paradise. The views are simply stunning, there is no other way to describe them, and with a dining table and seating on the lanai, you can enjoy it anytime you want.
Moving back into Sandarac A409 from the lanai, just past the living area we find the dining area, a wide space that includes a lovely large dining room big enough to sit everyone, and a wonderfully colorful bureau that catches the eye and reinforces the bright and cheerful ambiance of the property. Past the dining table, we find the breakfast bar with lovely, comfortable breakfast stools.
The kitchen itself is another wonderful area providing a compact but fully equipped area that makes cooking a pleasure, with a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator being some of the included appliances.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, with a large TV to the side and its entrance to the lanai. The attached bathroom is another spacious room, with a large mirror, as well as a full sized shower and is the perfect complement to the primary bedroom itself.
The second bedroom features two twin beds, a wealth of dresser space and a TV for entertainment. Another bright and cheery room that provides a calming and restful environment at night, with its attached bathroom providing a large shower for convenience.
Outside we find the beach is just a walk through the palms past the gas barbeque that is perfect for those informal meals, whilst the large heated pool is not only a great place for swimming, but has ample seating all around for those who prefer the less energetic activities, such as soaking up the sun.
Further afield are the many attractions of Fort Myers Beach. Times Square, the vibrant heart of the city with its wonderful collection of restaurants and specialist stores and colorful, friendly ambiance, is just a short walk away, while the shopping of Santini Marina Plaza and its well-known restaurants lie towards the south of the island. For those looking for a more active trip Lovers, Key State Park provides wetland trails that enable you to see the Florida wildlife in its natural surroundings; it's one trip that should be essential for any visit to Fort Myers Beach.

This was my second time renting this property. Love it and the location is second to none. Had a problem this past year with a leak in ceiling from unit above\'s bathroom. Didn\'t get a great deal of help from rental company, but unit maintenance folks were very helpful and situation was resolved.
