Welcome to Sandarac 710A, a two-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front vacation destination. This resort-style condo has the feel of a home rather than the usual condo layout and is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within walking distance of a public marina, movie theatre and a variety of restaurants. There is also quick exit from the island via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Trolley service is available from directly in front of the resort to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. Amenities at Sandarac include a heated pool and adjoining tiki hut, as well as reserved covered parking. There are luggage carts available to simplify your arrival. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and a private laundry.

Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator whisks you to 710A and then into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The eat-in kitchen has a table seating two and plenty of hard surface counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, dishwasher and counter-top microwave oven. There is a pass-through bar to the adjacent dining area with a buffet and table seating four, which flows nicely into the comfortably furnished living room with a sofa with end tables and lamps, matching over-stuffed chair with ottoman, coffee table and loveseat. There is also a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its panoramic views that include the white sand beach and the expanse of the Gulf of Mexico from a seventh floor vantage point.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, triple dresser with mirror, ample closet space and a corner chest with flat screen TV. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, triple dresser with flat screen TV and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.
