Pull into the Ocean 14 driveway. There’s plenty of room for multiple cars, and there’s a garage to house a couple of them. When you walk in the front door, you’ll like the high ceilings and seafaring décor. With central air conditioning and ceiling fans, your group will be comfortable whether you’re sitting in the Florida room enjoying a cocktail or sprawled out in the living room watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. There’s plenty of room for everybody and this large, inviting room outfitted with comfortable lounging furniture. You also have free Wi-Fi within Ocean 14, which is a big help when you want to check out menus for area restaurants or send photos to friends back home.
Ocean 14 is home of multiple gathering areas, perfect for a large group. If you want to get a group together for a game of cards, head upstairs to the “man cave.” It has plenty of room to spread out, and there’s a mini kitchen at one end where you can pop some popcorn or grab a soda from the refrigerator. There’s also a huge flat-screen TV.
When it’s time to think about dinner, your Ocean 14 kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from simple snacks to large gourmet dinners. Pick up food at the nearby grocery, and you’ll be all set. Of course, there are many excellent restaurants in and around St. Augustine, and you’ll probably want to dine out on many occasions.
When you do dine in, the Ocean 14 dining room features a large table and chairs that are close to the kitchen for easy serving and cleaning up. If additional seats are needed, have a couple of guests pull up to the breakfast bar.
Ocean 14 is also a vacation home with lots of outdoor gathering spaces. You have a balcony with beautiful views of the Atlantic, a deck, and a backyard patio. You’ll never tire of the gentle sea breezes blowing in from the Ocean.
Playing golf, kayaking, hiking nature trails, and riding bikes can be tiring and when bedtime rolls around your group will be more than ready. Your primary bedroom is large and inviting with its king-sized bed, dresser, and the ceiling fan is gently stirring the air. Your second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and plenty of room to spread out. As the ceiling fan lazily spins, your guests will easily drift off to sleep.
The third bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds. One has a double bed on bottom and a twin above. The second bunk bed has two single beds. Any kids traveling with your group will love sleeping in this room tailor-made for fun.
The final bedroom is a mother-in-law suite located just off the garage. This comfortable room includes a queen-sized bed and has a connected half bath.
There are a total of 2.75 bathrooms within Ocean 14, which means there is little time spent waiting around for your turn in the shower or tub. It’s a convenience guest appreciate. You’ll also like having your washer and dryer within Ocean 14. These make it easy to keep your group in clean clothes.

A great place at the beach. The unique layout of the house had everything from an in-law suite to a spectacular ocean view deck. Plenty of space to be together or private time for catching up on reading. Great restaurants in the neighborhood, and historic St Augustine is a short drive. Really fun place.

I had a wonderful stay at Oceans 14! The house is nice and convenient location to everything! The beach is just a short walk. I called the property manager about one small issue and it was addressed quickly. I loved the upstairs "man cave\""! I used it for painting water colors of the beach and relaxing. I\'m already planning to book it for a fall get-a-way!"

We loved the location and the layout of the house. The beach access was only two houses away. The outside upper deck was a wonderful place to hang out and watch the ocean or relax during the afternoon showers. Plenty of room for the whole family. The AC worked like a charm and the kitchen was well equipped. When we arrived the house was very clean. There is a little wear on the bedroom carpets and kitchen cabinets but that is what we expect from a well-loved vacation home. One drawback, which is of no fault of the owners or rental company, trash pickup is only on Mondays. By the end of the week all cans were full even the recycling. We hope to return next year to this same house. Wonderful family vacation!!!
