Welcome to Sand Caper 301, a resort-style condo that has two bedrooms and two baths with very generous square footage on the third floor. There is a 2-week minimum stay. There is an atrium open to the sky seven stories up with tropical foliage in the center of the building, lending to an island atmosphere without even leaving the resort. The location is at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a variety of amenities. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach.

Amenities at Sand Caper include a heated pool (Post-hurricane Ian damage cleanup continues in the Fort Myers Beach area and at the Condo. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise within and around this complex, including the parking areas. At this time some amenities may not be available for use. The pool is currently closed. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.), as well as covered reserved parking. There are dedicated areas for gas BBQ grills, tables and chairs, as well as a place to rinse the sand off your shoes and feet before re-entering the building. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.

Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator takes you to #301. Bellman trolleys are available on arrival. Walk into a foyer and into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the entry hall, kitchen and bathrooms and carpeting otherwise throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of granite counterspace with tile backsplash and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a refrigerator with side by side doors and a freezer drawer with icemaker, built-in glasstop range and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher, plus a pass through to the dining area. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area furnished with a leather sofa with end tables, lamps, a coffee table and an overstuffed chair and leather swivel chair with ottoman. There is an entertainment cabinet with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its view of the gulf and beach towards Sanibel Island to the north from a third floor vantage point.

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, commode and granite top vanity with lavatory. Just next to the bathroom is a huge walk-in closet with plenty of storage space and built-in drawers and shelving. There is a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, corner leather swivel chair by the sliding glass doors out to the balcony, a 5-drawer chest, a double dresser under a window with the view out to the beach and gulf, and a triple dresser with large flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a full size pull-down Murphy bed, built-ins with shelving and drawers and a desk with lamp and flat screen TV. There is also an upholstered chair and ample closet space with built-in shelves and drawers. Adjacent to the guest room is the guest bath with nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors and built-in corner shower seat and hand rails, commode and granite-top vanity with lavatory.
