All units offer a private balcony with expansive and unobstructed Gulf Views. Living on the Island we knew this property had some great amenities. It was the perfect staycation! The lazy river, huge pool and location on the beach were wonderful for a family stay. The kitchen was well equipped, just missing a pizza cutter, ice cream scoop and perhaps some more basic spices would be nice. Coffee filters and aluminum foil would also be good to offer guests. The bathroom door did not have a lock so that was another thing that could be improved. Overall a great location and stay for the whole family.

The pool and lazy river are both nice, very well maintained and the kids enjoyed both. The unit we stayed in was nicely updated and as described. The unit was on the second floor so we had a larger balcony than other floors. The gym has good equipment and well maintained. Bring bug spray! Even though the resort sprays for mosquitos, they are fierce. My husband was actually swarmed and received about 50 plus bites...he did not spray so lesson learned. Location was away from the activity, but just about right. The only issue with the unit itself is the master bed/mattress, it needs to be replaced. I would also suggest that an all purpose cleaner be available in unit to wipe down the kitchen counters. My graddaughters had a blast though!

This location and condominium resort is perfect! Lots of great amenities and it’s beachfront. Our favorite was the lazy river. The unit that we stayed was room 212. The unit itself was nice with an overlooking view of the pool from the balcony. The rooms are decent too with good beddings except for the master bedroom. The mattress is soft, squeaky, and uneven. It definitely needs to be replaced. Master bathroom is super nice with good water pressure. Great cooking stuff. This unit doesn’t have a dining table so keep that in mind when booking. (My fault for not noticing it before I booked it) The center table in the living room which we use for dining was flimsy. Counter stools are nice but not kid/toddler friendly. Only the master bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. Overall we enjoyed the stay and managed to accommodate those stuff that are inconvenient.
