All 6 bedrooms have accommodations for couples. Primary and 2nd bedroom have kings, 3rd bedroom has a twin over king pyramid bunk, 4th bedroom has twin over full bunk, 5th bedroom has a twin over king bunk with twin trundle, 6th bedroom has a twin over king bunk. Sleeper sofa in the loft area. With 5 king beds, 5 twin beds, 1 double, and 1 queen sleeper - everyone will be accommodated and comfortable!

Sands of Kahala is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, just 5 miles from town, West of Sunny Beach and East of Pirates' Beach.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Very nice accommodations for a large family or group. Decent kitchen, good dining area. Everything worked, looked like new appliances; however, they did not fit the cabinets well. But they worked. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils. Bring any cookware or utensils if you are cooking something unusual. Bed setups are good. The biggest issue was getting the house regulated for heat throughout (it was in 40s & 50s for the weekend). Too warm over the master bedroom and freezing over the other 3 bedrooms at opposite end of house on 1st floor. 2nd floor was fine. And the front outside stairs need work (too steep and too short). I would rework those stairs and put in a ramp out the back of house for beach access. All in all we were happy with the place. Great view!!
