The home was recently repainted outside to a beautiful blue, and the deck as well as the interior staircase to the home from the ground level have been upgraded. Guests will enter through the side door and upstairs to the open-concept double living area, dining and kitchen. The living area features an enclosed den with a full, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This area has two queen-size sleeper sofas to accommodate four guests. The main living area has a large Smart TV and Wi-Fi for your convenience. The beautifully updated kitchen features a large sub-zero refrigerator and full-size sub-zero freezer—more than enough space for all your groceries. The lighted kitchen cabinetry and updated appliances make this a chef's dream kitchen—fully outfitted for anything and everything that guests will prepare. Make yourself a fresh cup of coffee or a cold drink and slip onto the spacious deck, enjoyable at any time of day. Lounge around on the plush patio furniture with your loved ones as you take in the cool ocean breeze. Enjoy a soak in the 4-person hot tub!

This location could not have been better… just across the highway from an amazing beach.. the community was clean and quiet at night… close to the community park and the Marina store and Restaurant… only negative is that there is no beach within golf cart driving distance that allows them to drive on the beach. The house was clean and very comfortable for 2 families with kids… would definitely consider renting again in the future

I was very disappointed that I was not told that you were putting house on market and would have had an open house the sameday that we were leaving. We all felt violated as people were coming by and putting out signs while we were there. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!! A mainetenace person was there and we were NEVER told that they would be coming I should have known about it all I expect a call from someone regarding all this.Â
