Heading to the back of the unit you will find a very spacious bedroom with a full size bed and cable tv as well. Just outside the bedroom you will find the bathroom equipped with faux-marble sink in the shape of a shell! Perfectly fitting the beach theme. The bathroom is also equipped with a walk in shower.
Perhaps the most attractive feature of this unit is the outside front patio! Incredibly spacious and perfect for relaxing during sundown.
Also part of the unit is a back porch area with a beautiful view and provides plenty of space to kick back and relax.
There is also a shared washer and dryer on the side of the house for your convenience.
Heading up the stairs on the left of the house, you will come up on unit C. This 1 bedroom one bath unit is perfect for a single family or couple.
This unit has everything you would need. Starting with the kitchen which has a great amount of counter space as well as various amenities and utensils. The living room is fitted with a sleeper sofa and cable TV for all your viewing pleasures. Heading to the bedroom, you will find a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV.
Heading down the hall to the bedroom, you will find a beautiful faux-marble countertop in the shape of a shell and a spacious shower.
Heading back downstairs, around the right side of the house and up the staircase, you will come up on the very spacious D unit. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with more than enough space for a larger family.
You will immediately notice the kitchen, which is complete with top of line appliances, including an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Right next to the kitchen is a 4 person dining table perfect for sit down meals as well as a high table for any extra seating.
Heading towards the living room area, you will first notice the illustrious bar area. This is the perfect area for mixology or any other food or drink you want.
The living room has a spacious full couch/sleeper and love seat, as well as a large tv with cable.
Heading towards the bedrooms, the first room you will find is a room with 2 full beds. This is the perfect room for the kids as they also have their own private bathroom!
This room is also fully equipped with cable and has access to an outside balcony.
Heading down the hall you will find the extra bathroom, as well as the primary bedroom with a queen-size bed.
At the end of the hall, you will find a HUGE laundry room for your convenience. This private washer and dryer is the perfect laundry room for a larger family, offering plenty of space and convenience during your stay.
Perhaps the most appealing portion of this home is the outside "bonus" area.
This space is located downstairs at the front of the house in the screened porch. Inside you will find a TV with cable hookup, various table and chairs, as well as games and activities for your enjoyment!
